Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, products will be delivered as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–7 business days (domestic), depending on your location.

    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. International Shipping:

  • We do offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • International shipping fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

5. Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be impacted by factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns:

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Certain items such as personalized or final sale products may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [SALES@AMNAYASTORE.COM / 9720571234 with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.

  • You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or defective item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
